Staff was extremely friendly, breakfast was bigger than expected. The rooms were very quiet and was able to use the stairs to go between floors.

We usually don’t eat breakfast we went down to get coffee and my husband smelled the food and said it make him hungry. It was really good. Even though we came do 15 minutes before it ended the girl working that day was so nice.

All the Holiday Inn’s we have stayed in have been great and Galveston was no exception. The room was neat & tidy and clean. All of the staff are just wonderful and so friendly. Loved our stay here.

The price was reasonable. Beach front. Breakfast was very good, with lots of options. The lady who was working the breakfast floor the morning of 6/10/24 was VERY attentive, kind, and quickly helped anyone. The gentleman who worked the desk 06/09/24 @ about 5:30pm was VERY kind and made every effort to make us very satisfied with our stay. Our 2nd Room(after requesting a move due to smell of our 1st room) smelt great. Parking garage with elevator access is very convenient.

Staff were amazing and very helpful and nice, breakfast was good I can say they were better than any other hotels we stayed at. Beautiful view of the beach. The hotel was clean and smelled clean.

The breakfast was wonderful, my grandkids loved the many choices! The location of the hotel itself was perfect for us, all we had to do was walk across the street to the beach.

Breakfast was good. Location is good but it is little far from all restaurants and fun places. It is near to pier where you can pay 5$ to walk on deck. Deck has good long walk and it is a good view.
